If you have the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you'll be able to open the PDF entry form, either directly within your web browser or within the full Reader program. You can type directly into the form and then save it to your hard drive. As you save it, rename it according to the naming convention described in the Submission Details. If the form has opened in your browser, save it by clicking on the diskette icon on the Reader toolbar within the browser window. If it has opened in the full Reader program, choose "Save As" from the "File" menu.

If you don't have the Reader installed, or if you have an old version which doesn't work correctly with the form, you can get the current version from Adobe.
