While many native plant species grow well in average garden conditions, many interesting and often rare species require adjusting those conditions. Don's talk will cover some of the native species that he has been growing in his garden including the common and not so common, discussing simple and inexpensive ways to accommodate species that thrive under alkaline or acidic, wet or dry environments, as well as those that need nothing special.
