Sunday June 13th,1:00pm-4:00pm (Lower Falls plus extra optional trip to ANT trail)Environmental Educator Matt Nusstein will lead our group to the Lower Falls area of Letchworth State Park to see some of the park's more uncommon cliff dwelling plants, such as Yellow Mountain Saxifrage. The outing will descend down 130 stairs (and back up) so sturdy footwear, water and snacks are recommended. Round trip will be a bit over 1 mile total. The group will meet at the Octagon Parking Area (42.588397, -78.015896) of Lower Falls. The park entry fee will be waived for Finger Lakes Native Plant Society members.
