  Date: June 11, 2016 (Saturday) Time: 10 am to 2 pm Leader/Contact: Joe McMullen, joymcmullen2@msn.com; phone 315-622-1031 Where to meet: Town of Otselic, approximately 2.5 miles south of Georgetown, on east side of SR 26, just north of CR 16. (Note- because these forests are located on private property, final details of exactly where to meet will be provided closer to the date.) Description: Forested coniferous wetlands dominated by black spruce and white pine occur along the Otselic River in the Town of Otselic. They appear to be boreal relicts. What to Bring: A packed lunch and typical field gear, rubber boots or footwear for wet conditions.
