Hydrophyllum canadense
A plant of moist calcareous forests from western New England to northern Alabama and Missouri . The (usually) white flowers are at or below leaf height so not as showy as H. virginianum. Often maple shaped leaves, but highly variable.
On the large size, with first leaf already showing maple-look.
