Filipendula rubra
An attractive North American meadow and prairie species that has escaped and naturalized in central NYS, mostly in ditches and roadsides. Bees love it. Pink flower plumes and palmate leaflets distinguish it from the more commonly naturalized F. ulmaria (white).
