Symphyotrichum lanceolatum var. lanceolatum

A somewhat weedy species that can grow into large patches. Found in many different habitats. See Botphoto.info for ID help. Ironically, there is a different variety found in New England and NY state, Symphyotrichum lanceolatum var. interior that is endangered/rare in NY & New England.
