Convolvulus arvensis
This is a fast growing vine to ~10 ft with attractive white, occasionally pinkish flowers and arrow shaped leaves. It tangles and covers shrubs and grows up tall herbaceous plants, to their detriment. Difficult to eradicate as it spreads rhizomatously. Considered a noxious weed in over 35 states, it is primarily a weed of agriculture, gardens, and disturbed sites including old fields. Brought to North America in the early 1700s, it has had lots of time to establish!
