Euthamia graminifolia
Common throughout the state. Found in dry sites but prefers more moisture. Old fields are the best places to look for this distinctive species. Could be confused with Euthamia caroliniana, but that has extremely narrow leaves (1-3mm) with prominent resin glands. Euthamia graminifolia has narrow leaves (3-12mm) and few resin glands (per GoBotany).
