Maianthemum stellatum
A shorter plant than Solomon's plume, with fewer but larger flowers. Leaves are mostly elliptical and clasping - different than M. racemosum. Moist to wet forests, edges of marly ponds, fens and pavement barrens. Rhizomatous, and can spread to dense stands in moist cultivation. Two clones are required for fruiting.
