Scrophularia lanceolata

The inconspicuous flowers contain lots of nectar and are quite attractive to hummingbirds and pollinators. Without flowers, the plant resembles a nettle but does not sting. Look at the color of the non-fertile stamen to help distinguish from S. marilandica.
