South Hill Natural Areas

Cornell Plantations Natural Areas maintains and protects the South Hill Swamp, and permission must be obtained from the Plantations Natural Areas program prior to visiting due to the fragile ecosystems.  The adjacent woods are also within the Cornell preserve. Ithaca College protects adjoining lands, including woods and a powerline cut.
